Steps to turn on the power

1) Check that the waterway is fully open

2) Check whether the power supply is normal.

3) Turn on the motor power, open the mold, clean the mold and lubricate the mold.

4) Inspection of safety devices.

5) When the temperature reaches the set value, open the hopper. Remove overheated plastic in the cylinder;

6) To close the mold, push the launch pad, and carry out manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic production.

Shutdown program

1. Close the material gate and continue operating until the product is incomplete. In other words, the plastic inside the cylinder is gone.

2. Fully automatic or semi-automatic working. You need to switch to manual when the product is incomplete.

3. Clean the surface, spray the protective agent, and the high pressure disappears after the mold closing, so that the launch pad exits.

4. Turn off the power supply and total power supply of each part of the machine, and clean the location of the host and machinery.

Semi-automatic operation procedure

Before semi-automatic operation, several manual operations are used, and the product quality can be converted to semi-automatic production after meeting the requirements.

Fully automatic operating procedure

Before fully automatic production, manual and semi-automatic production must be performed. First of all, check whether the product meets the fully automatic production conditions, if yes, the semi-automatic production mode is normal before fully automatic production.
